Banks Academy unfolds in phases—each one designed to refine how you think, lead, and live.
From mastering self-control to cultivating emotional and spiritual discipline, every phase draws you closer to the man you were created to be.
This isn’t just another after-school program—it’s a weekly investment in who they’re becoming.
Each week, young men in grades 8–12 meet to gain spiritual grounding, emotional strength, and the tools to lead with purpose—in their homes, schools, and communities.
Because becoming a man isn’t about age. It’s about alignment, awareness, and action.
